Welcome to this new session dedicated to toning the upper body.
Today, you will start with a 20-minute warm-up at a comfortable pace, and then during the specific training sections, you will do a few exercises to work out your arms and shoulders.
You will finish with 15 minutes of recovery.
Feel free to prolong your session by walking further!
