Welcome to this new session dedicated to toning the upper body.
Today, you will start with a 20-minute warm-up at a comfortable pace, and then during the specific training sections, you will do a few exercises to work out your arms and shoulders.
You will finish with 15 minutes of recovery.
Feel free to prolong your session by walking further!
Don't forget, the goal of the Challenge is to walk around the world together with the #CMN18 hashtag.
