During this session we'll work on discovering and learning about the GREAT method.
The session lasts 6'40", the exercise you'll discover are:
- 2 sets of plank on one knee
- 1 set of straight hip raises + 1 dynamic set
- Hamstring stretches standing up
- Back stretches

Make sure you have enough room to workout comfortably

You need to have Decathlon Coach application to launch this program !
