During this session we'll work on discovering and learning about the GREAT method.
The session lasts 10', the exercise you'll discover are:
- 2 sets of plank on toes.
- 2 dynamic sets of hip raises
- Hamstring stretches sitting down
- Back stretches

Make sure you have enough room to workout comfortably
