Welcome to this new session of the Nordic Walking Challenge.
Today, we're going to concentrate on the technical skills of Nordic walking.
You don't have to go very fast, as it is more important to get the technique right.
You will start the session by warming up, and then continue with exercises to improve your technique. The session lasts about an hour.
Don't forget to tag your session once you've finished with the #CMN18 hashtag.
