Welcome to this new session of the Nordic Walking Challenge!
Today, this session will allow you to learn how to walk on hilly terrain. Choose a route with a few hills, or bridges if this isn't possible.
During this 40-minute session, you will start with a quick warm-up, and then together we'll see how to walk up and downhill correctly.
