Pilates Intermediate part 1 - 8'20"

Via our Gym & Pilates sessions, we are working on discovering and learning the GREAT method.
The session lasts 8'20", we will work on:
- 2 sets of plank on one knee.
- 1 set of straight hip raises + 1 dynamic set
- Hamstring stretches in standing up
- Back stretches

Make sure you have enough room to workout comfortably

You need to have Decathlon Coach application to launch this program !

Coach advice

"Our GREAT method is gentle and requires no warm up.
Ideally, lie down on a gym mat, take off your shoes and wear comfortable clothing."
