This workout session uses the ab wheel and therefore requires being able to perform core exercises correctly. It also includes some bodyweight exercises to vary your enjoyment ;) We'll start with a warm-up and finish with stretches.
If you're just starting to use the ab wheel, keep your movements smaller. Make sure you keep your back straight, your hips in a natural position, and your abs well contracted.
