Here's a workout that uses the DST (Domyos Straps Training) and is great for strengthening absolutely every muscle in your body.
It consists of a circuit of 8 exercises that you'll do 3 times.
Your objective? To do all 8 exercises - 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off - with 2 minutes of rest between sets.
I recommend starting your workout with a short, all-round warm-up. You'll need to change the size of the strap between exercises. So feel free to press pause after each demo so that you have time to get yourself set.
