Welcome to this new session of the Nordic Walking Challenge dedicated to speed!
You will learn a few helpful tips for walking more quickly. Feel free to do this session as many times as necessary to reach your goal.
During this one-hour session, you will start with a warm-up and then do interval training (short accelerations). You will then finish by cooling down.
Tag your session once you've finished with the #CMN18 hashtag.
