"Classic" session where we will exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. At the end of the 5 exercises, take 1 minute of rest, and depending on how you feel, repeat the set a second and/or a third time.
Pause the app as needed to give yourself sufficient time to get the band properly in place before each exercise.
