During this session we'll work on discovering and learning about the GREAT method.
The session lasts 8'20", the exercise you'll discover are:
- Plank on one knee, then on toes
- 2 sets of dynamic hip raise
- Hamstring stretches standing up
- Back stretches

Make sure you have enough room to workout comfortably
