Here's a workout that will strengthen and slim your thighs while boosting your cardio.

It takes 5 minutes in total, with 2 minutes of skipping, 2 minutes 30 of squats and 30 seconds of squat jumps.

There are 2 ways of doing this workout:
- as part of your daily routine
- in the form of a circuit, repeating it 2 to 3 times in a row (10 to 15 minutes)

After working out, remember to stretch your thighs and calves for a few seconds.
