Week 1 - Mastering the basics

To start the programme: check you have the right posture and learn how to use your walking poles correctly.Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 01. 50 minutes for learning the right techniques
  • 02. Nordic walking for 1 hour and 15 minutes

Week 2 - Improve your technique

For this second session, continue synchronizing your arms with your legs, pushing gently on your poles to increase your speed.Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 03. 45 minutes for mastering the correct movements
  • 04. 1 hour 30 minutes for increasing your speed

Week 3 - Improve your endurance

For this third session, push hard on the walking poles to tone your arms! Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 05. 1 hour of Nordic walking on hilly terrain.
  • 06. 1 hour and 30 minutes Nordic walking

Week 4 - Burn more calories

To improve endurance, increase the time and distance of your sessions.Don't forget to warm up before getting started:go to the Tips section to see our exercise videos!

  • 07. Nordic walking for 1 hour
  • 08. 1 hour and 30 minutes for burning calories

Week 5 - Work on your endurance!

  • 09. 1 hour of Nordic walking for getting fitter
  • 10. 1 hour and 45 minutes of Nordic walking

Week 6 - Appreciate your progress!
