Each workout contains 1 or 2 circuits using different methods, as well as a warm-up and stretching.

Week 1 - Getting started

Keep your goal in mind to stay motivated!

  • 01. Circuit 1 (21 minutes)
  • 02. Circuit 2 (22 minutes)
  • 03. Circuit 3 (20 minutes)

Week 2 - Toning up

We're upping the intensity by doing longer intervals of work. Keep going and listen to your body.

  • 04. Workout 1 (28 minutes)
  • 05. Workout 2 (31 minutes)
  • 06. Workout 3 (27 minutes)
