Week 1 - CHALLENGE 1: REDISCOVER NORDIC WALKING!

To start the Nordic Walking Challenge, we invite you to moonwalk with your poles! Impossible? We did it! Now it's up to you to surprise us!

  • 01. 45 minutes using the correct actions!
  • 02. 55 minutes of walking to improve your endurance
  • 03. 55 minutes of Nordic walking

Week 2 - CHALLENGE 2: THIS WEEK, WE’RE GOING TO ADOPT NORDIC FITNESS!

The challenge to build into your training this week is simple ... Throw and swap your poles as many times as possible in 30 seconds! The exercise is done in pairs face to face. You throw your pair of poles to your partner, who must catch them, before throwing them back in turn, and so on. To complete the exercise, alternate the squat/standing position.

  • 04. 55 minutes of walking to tone up your arms!
  • 05. 1 hr 5 of walking to work out your upper body!
  • 06. 50 minutes to relax

Week 3 - CHALLENGE 3: PASS YOUR POLES TO A RUNNER!

In addition to your 3 sessions for the week, your challenge is to stop a runner, lend him your poles and invite him to try out your sport! Because yes, Nordic walking is also about endurance!

It’s now the 4th and final week of this Challenge! For this week, it's up to you to suggest a Challenge to us!
