Here's a workout programme with ab exercises to help you get a flat stomach.
It's easy enough even for beginners.
This programme includes 7 workouts per week for 6 weeks. The degree of difficulty increases each week.
Set up in a comfortable area for this workout - you'll need about 2 m x 1.5 m of space around you.
And remember to turn on the sound for the best experience!
First week of the programme. Be sure to focus on your form when doing the exercises, because you'll be doing them throughout the programme
We'll do the same routine but will extend the time of each exercise to 45 seconds.
