Week 1 - Your first Nordic Walking session!

Today, you’ll master your Nordic walking poles like a pro. Don’t forget to warm up before starting your session: go to the Tips tab to discover our exercise videos!

  • 01. 30 minutes to learn the right technique

Week 2 - Synchronise arms and legs

For this second session, practise synchronising your arms and legs. To do this, avoid thinking about the poles, walking as naturally as possible! Don’t forget to warm up before starting your session: go to the Tips tab to check out our exercise videos!

  • 02. 30 minutes to get synchronised

Week 3 - Tone your arms!

For this third session, push hard with the poles and tone your arms! Don’t forget to warm up before starting your session: go to the Tips tab to check out our exercise videos!

  • 03. 30 minutes to tone your arms with the poles

Week 4 - Ascending and descending when Nordic walking

Incorporating climbs and descents during your Nordic walking sessions accentuates your muscular and cardio work. Don’t forget to warm up before starting your session: go to the Tips tab to check out our exercise videos!

  • 04. 40 minutes to learn how to go uphill and downhill when Nordic walking
